What we collect
- Booking requests: your name, mobile number, optional email and note, and the farmhouse, dates and number of guests you choose.
- WhatsApp and calls: the messages and details you share when you contact us.
- Website usage: we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to count visits and see which pages and buttons (such as booking requests and WhatsApp) are used. It doesn't receive your name, phone number or the details you type into forms.
- Saved farmhouses: stored only in your own browser (local storage). We never receive this list.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, confirm availability and arrange your booking.
- To share the details needed for your stay with the farmhouse you book.
- To keep records of bookings and enquiries.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Booking requests are stored in our booking system and used only by the team handling bookings.
