Booking a Farmhouse in Moinabad: Rules, Prices and a Checklist

A farmhouse stay in Moinabad is simple once you know how it works: you rent the entire property — house, pool and lawns — for your group, usually from an afternoon check-in to a late-morning check-out. Here is what to expect on price, rules and packing, based on the 81 farmhouses we list.

What does a Moinabad farmhouse cost?

Prices on our site currently run from ₹6,500 to about ₹2,82,000 a night for the whole farmhouse, before taxes. Size, pool, location and the day of the week make the biggest difference: Fridays, Saturdays and holidays cost more than Monday to Thursday.

Each price includes a set number of guests, shown on the farmhouse page. Extra guests are charged per person, and add-ons such as bonfire, barbecue or meals are priced separately.

What's included

The entire property for your group: bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, kitchen, pool and lawns.
A caretaker on the property who opens up, explains the house and helps with basics.
The amenities listed on the farmhouse page — common ones are a private pool, party speaker, barbecue setup, Wi-Fi and games.

Food is usually not included. Many farmhouses offer meal add-ons or let you cook in the kitchen; contact us to check what's possible at yours.

House rules you'll typically see

Every farmhouse sets its own rules, listed on its page. These come up most often:

Government photo ID for every adult guest at check-in.
A cap on the number of guests — extra visitors who weren't booked may not be allowed in.
Outdoor music only until a set time in the evening, after which it moves indoors at a moderate volume.
A refundable security deposit at some farmhouses, returned after check-out if nothing is damaged.
Pool rules: no glass near the pool, and children supervised at all times.

Checklist: what to carry

Photo ID for every adult
Swimwear and a change of clothes
Groceries, drinks and ice if you're cooking or not taking a meal add-on
Charcoal and lighter fluid if your farmhouse doesn't include them with the barbecue
Mosquito repellent and any regular medicines
A power bank — village power cuts happen, though many farmhouses have backup
Cake, candles and decorations for a celebration

Pick a farmhouse, choose your dates and number of guests to see the live price, then reserve and pay online with UPI, card or net banking.
