About Moinabad Farmhouses
Moinabad Farmhouses is a Hyderabad-based booking service for private farmhouses in Moinabad — whole properties with a swimming pool, lawns and bedrooms that are reserved only for your group. Our aim is to make booking a farmhouse for a birthday, a family get-together or a weekend away as simple and transparent as booking a hotel.
What we do
- List the farmhouses of Moinabad with real photos, amenities, house rules and prices — currently 81 farmhouses in Aziz Nagar, Yethbarpally, Tolkatta and other villages and nearby villages, from ₹6,500 per night.
- Show live availability, so you only ask about dates that are actually free.
- Show the full price with taxes for your dates before you book.
- Let you reserve and pay securely online, with a confirmation on SMS and WhatsApp.
- Answer questions and help with changes when you contact us on WhatsApp or phone.
How booking works
Pick a farmhouse on our farmhouse list and choose your dates and group size to see the live price. Tap Reserve & Pay to verify your mobile number with a one-time code and pay securely online through Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking). Some farmhouses take part of the rent at check-in; the farmhouse page shows exactly how much is paid now. Your booking confirmation arrives on SMS and WhatsApp.
When a farmhouse's calendar can't be confirmed automatically, you'll see Request to Book instead: our team checks availability with the owner and confirms with you on WhatsApp within minutes. Cancellations and refunds follow our cancellation & refund policy.
Why only Moinabad?
Moinabad has the largest cluster of private farmhouses near Hyderabad, spread across villages such as Aziz Nagar, Tolkatta, Surangal and Kanakamamidi. Focusing on one area means we know the roads, the villages and the farmhouses well — and our Moinabad guides share what we've learned.
Who runs it
Moinabad Farmhouses works with MaaStays (maabooking.com), a Hyderabad farmhouse booking platform. Every farmhouse listed here is booked as a whole for your group — nothing is shared with other guests — and its prices, availability and bookings come directly from that platform, so what you see is current.
