“Our stay at Ustav Farm House was absolutely terrible. The place was filthy from top to bottom. There was no cleanliness whatsoever — the walls were mouldy, the interior was disgusting, and the kitchen was crawling with cockroaches and rats. The beds had bugs, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The swimming pool was dirty and completely unfit for use. This place is not suitable for families at all — in fact, we fell sick after staying here. It’s shocking that this property is even being rented out. I dont even know how people rated it 4.5 stars. Very dubious. Avoid at all costs.”
